Jeff joined the staff of LCC as Senior Minister in August 2013. Jeff comes to LCC with extensive ministry experience and has served ministries throughout Illinois as well as Grass Valley, CA, Bunker, MO and Beloit, WI. He has previously held positions ranging from Youth Pastor, Outreach Pastor and Discipleship Pastor. In addition to ministry roles, Jeff had a decorated career at Lincoln Christian University where he served in many roles including Director of Partnership Development, Alumni Relations, Director of Admissions, and Men's Basketball coach & Athletic Director. Jeff's wife Melinda retired from District #27 in Lincoln in May 2019 after 32 years in special education. Jeff and Melinda have a son, Payne, who will enter his freshman year of college in the Fall of 2019.
Joe joined the LCC team in 2005 as the Associate/Youth Minister. Originally from Newton, IL, Joe graduated in 2002 from Johnson University with a bachelors degree in Youth Ministry. He earned his Master's Degree in Contemporary Christian Theology from Lincoln Christian Seminary in 2008 and a Masters of Divinity in May of 2014. Joe and his wife Laura have a son, Isaiah and a daughter, Isabella. They reside in Le Roy. Laura is the Business Manager and an EMT for Le Roy Emergency Ambulance Service. In Joe's free time he enjoys hanging out with his family and biking.
Lisa joined the LCC staff as Office Manager in September of 2018. She has served as a faithful church volunteer for several years. Lisa and her husband Frank have three children and are empty nesters. Their oldest son Frankie is a Youth Pastor in Mesa, AZ. Their younger son Matthew is a mechanic in Tempe, AZ and their youngest Rachel is a nurse in Flagstaff, AZ. Frank is the President/CEO of Kahuna Business Group in Bloomington.
Scott joined the LCC staff as Worship Director in January 2016. Scott is a Lincoln Christian University alum with degrees in both Church Planting and Music Ministry. He also worked at LCU as Staff Photographer, Director of Video Production and Instructor of Guitar & Photography. Raised in Salem, Illinois, Scott now resides in Bloomington. He enjoys hunting, fishing, studying history and current events as well as photography & music.
