The part-time position of Office Manager combines the responsibilities of office administrator, receptionist, and administrative assistant. Qualified candidates should be skilled communicators, and have a pleasant, positive attitude. Some duties include typing, photocopying, handling mail, maintaining the church calendar, answering and making phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, book keeping and record keeping.
Must be proficient in computers
and a variety of different software programs.
The position would be Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM- 2:00 PM
